Cardio to Lose 30 pounds in 30 days

Cardio exercises are essential when it comes to burning fat or keeping yourself fit and increase your stamina.  But if you are over weight, it’s a must! So, let me inspire you a bit and see a good cardio plan you can do, to lose even more pounds.

Structured in 4 Weeks or a Month

1st week:

Mix sprinting with Jogging, 30 seconds each. Repeat this 4 times if you are at the beginning. Do it daily, or at least 5 times a week and the rest of the week just walk for at least half an hour a day.

As an example: Sprint 30 seconds then immediately jog 30 seconds and repeat.

2nd week:

Mix sprinting with Jogging, 35 seconds each this time. Repeat this 5 times. Do it daily, or at least 5 times a week and the rest of the week just walk for at least half an hour a day.

3rd week:

Mix sprinting with Jogging, 40 seconds each. Repeat this 6 times. Do it daily, or at least 5 times a week and the rest of the week just walk for at least half an hour a day.

4th week:

Mix sprinting with Jogging, 45 seconds each. Repeat this 7 times. Do it daily, or at least 5 times a week and the rest of the week just walk for at least half an hour a day.

This is for the first month, if you get used to it, you can increase the performance for the next month, as follows:

Increase the Sprint and Jogging time by 5 seconds each week, and the repetition time by 1 time each week. Until u reach the maximum rhythm you can keep up to, just go on like this.
