Maintain reduced allergen levels

Our allergen load reduction services will help you bring the loads down to an acceptable level. We can then work with you to maintain those reduced levels so that the benefits become long lasting.

• Bed linen:

Normal laundering does not reduce allergen levels. We can provide you with a specially formulated detergent which will denature allergens.

• Pets:

Cats and dogs shed dander which is an allergen. We can provide you with a pet shampoo which denatures the allergenic protein in pet dander.

• Reducing humidity levels:

Dust mites require high humidity levels to survive and thrive. Consult us about ways to reduce humidity levels in the home including hygrometers (humidity meters) and air driers.

• Arcopestology - Pest Proofing:

Some insects and rodents create powerful allergens, while the overuse of chemicals to get rid of them presents its own health issues. To protect your home against insects or rodents, our trained technicians inspect the home identifying harborage points for insects and entry points for rodents. Those cracks and crevices are sealed to restrict entrance and harborage of those pests.

• Integrated Pest Management:

If your allergies are related to rodent or insect allergens, we can help you get rid of these pests. In partnership with one of the city's largest and most professional pest control companies we offer a full range of IPM services. Under IPM protocols technicians are highly trained to use chemicals only where and as necessary, minimizing exposure.

• Carpets, curtains and other surfaces:

If you prefer to treat those areas yourself, we can provide you with tannic acid formulations in spray and powder forms.
